Week 3 of School!

It's our third week of school and I realized that as the days passed, I'm enjoying being in Nitrogen now. The perceptions about them in the previous years are all gone instead I am beginning to like them. Nice!

This week is not that interesting week for me and I can say for all of us. Well, there are many projects to pass, many assignments to make and many more... It's a very busy week for me.

Tuesday, we had our flag raising ceremony that's why I really need to go to school very early... Moving fast is needed... when I arrived to school, my groupmates and I decided to clean (before the flag ceremony begin). We cleaned at the back of the Guidance Center. After cleaning a bit, the officers called for fall in... others was history... hehehe!!!

After the flag ceremony, we knew that we should be cleaning the inside part of the Guidance Center... What a...!!! We just go inside the GC snd apply floorwax on the floor... How unlucky! Good thing we just clean a bit... Well, after we cleaned, we were rushing to go to our room... Why? Beause it's AP time... Ma'am Nazareno is our teacher... Good thing, when we arrived she is helping us to clean our room. Thank God!

Every day is a very busy day for all of us... Altough that's the case we still had time to sing... sing and sing... all of the time! I guess Nitrogen had a bunch of singers... Hehehe!

Topics for this week are getting much harder especially in English! It's about the "infinitive phrase". Grabe, it's a very hard topic... Nosebleed! I think most of us hate that topic... well, I'm one of them! I just think of my grades... For God's sake!

But still there are topics that I love... I think I love our lesson in Chemistry as well as in Physics. I still remember our quiz in Chem and the funny terms that we weren't able to answer... like U-tube, rubber tubi, sampling bottle, etc... etc... It's about the laboratory equipments... precautionary directions and many more... In Physics, about waves...

I think I enjoyed the Week 3 of our school... I hope that every week will be as interesting and exciting week as for this week. More power and blessings for the one reading my blog! God bless us all!

Second Week of School: A Real Fun and Sadness Too!

It's our second week of going to school. Of course my nervousness disappeared now. I can talk now with my classmates. I can mingle with them, but still there is the shyness to go with them and laugh with them all the time. I can say that this week there is improvement with my relationship with my classmates. I'm in the adjustment period.

This whole week is a real fun although I'm one of the cleaners in the room. Cleaning in the room is not a hard thing to do, but for me I am assigned in our CR. Our CR is dirty so we need to put muriatic acid. Last June 17 we decided to put muriatic acid in the bowl and in the floor. Because I'm scared that it will burn my skin, I asked my classmates who knows how to put muriatic acid. The one who volunteered is Karissa. She is very brave for me. What I'm doing is to cover her nose because the smell of the muriatic acid is very strong that it caused me headache. When it is already finished, Karissa felt something hot in her hand. She ran to the faucet outside and washed it. I just brought soap to her,. I'm very scared, I thought it burned her hand. thank God, it didn't. but still, her hand got red.

At Wednesday morning, I cleaned the CR. It's very dirty, color black. Ma'am Tolentino told me to scrub our drum in the CR cause it's really dirty. My uniform got dirty and then there's no water. OMG! I just asked Jenny and Karen to fetch water to clean the CR. Ordinary classes just past away and hard lessons are taught to us this week.

I remembered one time at Chemistry time, Ma'am Bisa is really very funny. She discussed about the impact of Chemistry our society and I really can't forget the one she said about grade one: "dikdik piga" and about the atomic bomb. I'm really laughing and laughing because of that.

At Friday, Ma'am Tolentino told us that she will not be our adviser anymore. I'm sad of course. I remembered the same happening last year when Ma'am Weng transfered also. I even cried because of Ma'am Weng. Why is that so? Ma'am de Vera is correct, in Science high school always expect for changes. As what they said: "Expect the unexpected". This week is a real fun and sadness too!

First Day High!

It's our first day of school and I have mixed emotions. First of all, I'm nervous. Why? It's because I'm in the highest section now. I know my life will not be the same. I guess I will just study and study because there are many competitions in our room cause my classmates are all intelligent. I'm also sad because of the new environment. I missed my previous classmates and my second year life. But I'm happy cause I know that being in the highest section serves as challenge for me. And besides, I'm now here, why not try to be better, right? Bigger expectations are on me now that I'm on the highest section. "Tira, tira!"

As I arrived to school, nervousness appeared more to me. My heart beat fast as I went in our room. I just told to myself "Aja" which means "I can do this". When I arrived at our room, I cleaned in the front of the Guidance Center and in the Parking Lot. (I guess I arrived early). Then, the officers called us for the flag raising ceremony. The teachers led the flag ceremony. after that, we decided to continue in cleaning because we are not yet done. After sweeping, we went back to our room and had our regular classes. I guess my classmates are kind to me. Thank God!

Our first subject is Filipino. Ma'am Tolentino checked our requirements and then she told us to read a poem in the book. then after that she asked us some questions. then, she asked us if we know the somng "Ako'y Isang Pinoy", my classmates said I know it (which is true), so Ma'am told me to sing it. Then the whole class sang it. We also had some groupings and then we need to have a presentation on the next meeting and many more.

Our next subject is Math and we had a practice test. Our teacher in Math is Ma'am Rhea. She also checked the requirements and then she taught us about real numbers. Next to that is Advanced Statistics. Our teacher is Sir Mojica. He gave us one index card and told us to write the informations about us. He also had an introduction about Statistics.
Then, our next subject is Physics. Ma'am Jacqueline T. Ureta is our teacher. She also checked the subject requirements and had an introduction about energy. She told us about our Journal in Physics etc. etc...

After lunch, we had our English. Our teacher is Ma'am del Rosario. She told us to write in one-fourth sheet of paper the list of books in English III. Then she told us to pass it and then we need to introduce ourselves alphabetically. I didn't able to introduce myself cause I did not pass my one-fourth cause I was not able to bring my books with me. I just told her that I didn't bring my books and that I will pass it tomorrow.

After English, we had our Health. Our teacher is our Guidance Counselor. She also told us to write our names and told us to introduce ourselves. She also asked us "What do you expect in the subject MAPEH?", etc... etc... Next subject is Elective. We will decide if we will take Analytic Geometry or Zoology as the subject for Elective. I chose Analytic Geometry. In that subject, we just played. the play is about points and it is really very funny and interesting.

The last subject for the day is Chemistry. Our teacher is Ma'am Eliaquim O. Bisa. In Chemistry, Ma'am told us to get our quiz notebook and we had a quiz about Chemicals. And through that, the way I looked at chemicals became different. I thought of it as a harmful thing but it is not, I learned that our body is made up of chemicals. I relized how useful they are. Although I got low at our exam, what good is I learned something. Something that I can share with you who is reading this. And besides our score was not recorded. Hehehe!!!

First day of school is really a tiring day for me!!! But it's worth it!
