08-08-08, A Lucky Day for Me!

August 8, 2008, 1 day before the field trip is just a usual day for me and my classmates... Well, it's a day with shortened periods because of the field trip tomorrow (August 9). Well, I' not included in that field trip cause I don't have money... Until filipino time came... Because Jenna is absent (excused), her mother came... She talked to Ma'am Tolentino first... Then when she went away Ma'am Tolentino told something to me... She told me that Jenna cannot join the field trip and they chose me to be the substitute! I'm very shocked and at the same time, amazed of what happened. Imagine, in our chemistry time I'm saying "It's my first time of not joining in the field trip" and also "maybe when I'm included in the field trip, I cannot sleep anymore!". Haller it's in subic kaya noh? It's very far! And besides the payment is really high. 1, 350 pesos? Where can I get that?

i'm really very thankful to Jenna and her family. They are very generous people. I still can't imagine how God works in my life cause in the first place I really didn't expect to join that field trip cause we really don't have money... God, it's so unexpected! When Ma'am Tolentino told me that, she told me to say thank you and you know due to my happiness, I ran with no slippers nor shoes to reach the mother of Jenna. I'm really lucky to be chosen! My feelings are mixed due to that... Do you see how God works? He's really powerful and generous... I really love Him! Thank you God! But of course I' also sad for Jenna cause she's sick... I'm hoping that she will get well soon! May God bless her and her family!

If Jenna is there, i think I already hugged her and thank her all my life! It's really a blessing from God! And I think it's also an advanced birthday gift from Him... guess when? It's really a lucky day for me but I just found out that it's 8-8-08 today! What a coincidence! I think I will remember this lucky day as long as I can remember things! :)
